Grades K-2 meet every Sunday and grades 3-6 meet every Wednesday and Sunday. All of our educators teach Judaics and Hebrew. Included in our Judaic curriculum is: Torah, Middot, Israel, and Holidays. Our Hebrew curriculum is primarily T’filah/Brahot based. We start our sessions together every week as well as enjoy various all-school activities throughout the year. We encourage family involvement and support our students at their level of learning.
Our ideal candidate(s) will:
- Have teaching experience in some combination of Judaic studies and Hebrew
- Share an enthusiasm for, and understanding of Jewish traditions, teachings, prayers and Parashot
- Positive history of punctuality, effective time management, and presenting an engaging, thoughtful classroom environment
- Ability and willingness to work with Clergy, administration, and fellow teachers, as appropriate, to implement high quality lessons, classroom management, and create a safe and welcoming classroom for all students;
Online teaching experience is a plus.
