What does it mean to live life fully? How do we get there?
This course invites Jewish students to explore the intersection of ancient Jewish wisdom and modern psychological science. Together, we’ll uncover what helps us flourish — drawing from timeless Jewish texts and contemporary research on meaning, joy, resilience, and connection.
Co-facilitated by Hillel’s Campus Rabbi, Rabbi Aviva, and licensed psychologist Erika Neuberg PhD, this course offers space to engage deeply, connect authentically, and gain insight into how we live, grow, and thrive — in college and beyond.
